Terri Schiavo Finally Died

Terri was the woman in Florida whose feeding tube was removed by her husband, but against the wishes of her parents. Then Congress and the President acted like she was the only sick person in the country - holding special sessions and passing laws just for her. Now that she is gone, perhaps Bush will pay attention to things that are actually part of his job.

It was a new high in Republican hypocrisy as the politicians all ran to television cameras to proclaim they had to be on the side of "life". Strange they don't seem worry about "life" in Iraq, Afghanistan or even in our own country where thousands of sick people who are quite alive will die much slower, painful deaths than Terri Schiavo -- and all the same politicians aren't doing a thing about any of them.

Larry's Big Photo Shoot

AF Shows Proper Form for Shots of Larry. This past weekend saw an epic Larry The Lizard fashion show and photo shoot. While Larry sorts through all the proofs, here is an out take with me showing the proper care and feeding of Larry to one of Larry's many fine ladies.

Bruschi Update: Tedy has hired an agent for the first time since his rookie year and is considering sitting out next season, but not retiring for good. Also, it can now be known, I will not be the new webmaster for the Patriots. As Ty Law and Lawyer Milloy have proven - the Pats aren't willing to pay for the best.

Bruschi Has Hole In His Heart

No, I'm not referring to the 80's song by Extreme, but rather the apparent cause for Patriots linebacker Tedy Brushci's mild stroke last month. There still hasn't been any official comment, but he is expected to undergo surgery soon to fix the hole. Many people have this small hole in their heart but it isn't discovered until something goes wrong. Seems less and less likely we'll be seeing Tedy play football again, but what do I know?

Ozzy Osbourne's box set "Prince of Darkness" is out and actually looks good. It is full of rare and interesting tracks (unlike the never-ending greatest hits packages by the likes of KISS) and has a decent price under $50. The set includes many covers. The funniest has to be "Staying Alive", complete with Ozzy's intro "All aboard the disco train!"

Oh yeah, Happy St. Patrick's Day. Don't get too cocked.

Back From Belize

We successfully survived and thrived in Belize. More photos and tales will be added here all week long as well as at LarryTheLizard.com. Did you know Toucans croak like frogs? Or that it takes 1,000 years for each cubic inch of cave formations (stalactites & stalagmites) to grow? Well now you do, and so do we.
